As we were driving from Montreal to Halifax, we had a problem with our air filter system. They took our car in within minutes, assessed the problem quickly, ordered a new part for us and installed it right away. We were back on the road in less than two hours from the time we first arrived.
Amazing customer service!! While I was across the street at Radical Edge, someone noticed my flat tire. I am moving/driving to Ontario Monday morning, so I was so so thankful to come into S/S Tire and Auto on a Friday afternoon!! The man working the desk was very welcoming and kind. He was patient and did not judge me for not knowing car lingo lol. Thank you to the men working on my car and replacing the valve stem!!
